If necessary, we offer targeted training courses to help the client understand how to effectively integrate AI into their business. We then develop a customised project proposal, which includes the AI solutions best suited to the client's needs.

Yes, GRID+ specialises in integrating its Artificial Intelligence solutions with companies' existing IT infrastructures. What kind of data should I provide for my chatbot?

To train your chatbot, you will need to build a Knowledge Base. Don't worry: we will provide you with a template to follow and guide you step by step in the creation of the Knowledge Base, which we will then use to train the chatbot. You can train your chatbot in three ways. Here is how you can provide the data: - Link to the website: The chatbot will examine all the links on your site and extract useful information for training (e.g. support pages or prices). - PDF file: You can upload a PDF and use it as a basis for training the chatbot. - Free text: You can manually enter information or knowledge that you usually communicate to your users and that is not present elsewhere.

How can I add chatbots to my website?

We take care of everything: from the creation of the knowledge base to the integration of the chatbot with your systems. If your company does not have an IT team, no problem: our team will install and configure the chatbot directly on your site.

Who are the GRID+ training courses designed for?

What is the minimum and maximum number of participants for training courses?

There is no minimum number of participants for the training courses offered by GRID+. Likewise, there is no upper limit of participants. However, to ensure the best possible learning experience, we recommend not exceeding 15 participants per session. This number allows our trainers to establish an effective dialogue and interact directly with each participant, ensuring a high-quality, customised training experience. Smaller groups also encourage greater involvement and better understanding of the concepts covered.

How are GRID+ courses delivered?

GRID+ training courses can be delivered online, in-presence or blended (a combination of online and in-presence). We are available to offer courses throughout Italy and also internationally. The blended mode offers great flexibility, allowing participants to alternate between virtual and face-to-face sessions as required.

What is the cost of the training courses offered by GRID+?

The cost for online training courses is 90€/hour + VAT. For face-to-face courses, the cost is 120€/hour + VAT, plus any travel & living expenses, which vary depending on the location of the course. Regardless of the chosen mode, we recommend not exceeding 15 participants to ensure optimal interaction and effective learning.
